This project consists of the transformation of a former 35 year old residence and retail store into a 3,600 sf daycare facility. The site had to go through an extensive rezoning process before the building permit could be submitted. The building will be fitted with new aluminum triple glazed windows/doors, an increased water supply to meet the needs of the daycare, a complete redevelopment of the exterior parking area incorporating new cedar fencing, planters and soft landscaping, the new play area will feature a decorative aluminum fence with mature cedar bushes and soaker lines.

This new childcare project was completed in late summer of 2022 and consisted of 8,400 sf and a play area built on the upper level of a parkade. All our trades worked tirelessly to have the center completed for a September opening. Unfortunately, the client never finished paying off its contract and the project is currently in litigation.

In the summer of 2023, we completed an extensive renovation that included: a new nature wall in the front lobby, the demolition and complete upgrade of the existing kitchen, extensive interior painting and new millwork features in the main hallway. All this work was completed over a 3 week period.
